Major Activities/ Meetings Completed
• A username and password was sent to Alan so that he can access Hyperion on the example site that was sent to him.
• Bill Ellett responded to a follow-up Classic Bridge question.
• Gina Wilhite is leaving SirsiDynix and will no longer be the Sales Rep. for Memphis.
• A list of contract items yet to be delivered was sent to Steve Foster.
• Steve Foster’s questions regarding maintenance were sent to Pam LaPier. He will be getting in touch with her for assistance in getting the information he needs.
Activities/ Meetings Scheduled for Next Week
• Weekly Call on Tuesday at 2:00 Central time. The conference number will be used for all future calls.
• Continuing data review on the production server
• Continuing work on EPS/Rooms
Outstanding Issues
• Memphis is waiting on Damon’s return to complete IBM printer installation.
• Memphis continues to work with Norm on correcting the error with the custom automated backup script for their EPS/Rooms server.
