Major Activities/ Meetings Completed

• Weekly Call

• Information on installing the IBM and Lexmark printers has been sent to Memphis.

• Cherise Thornton will accompany Pam Tejes to Memphis the week of their go live.

• The quote for the 3 year warranty was received and the warranty has been ordered.

• Paul Gahn submitted a data issue regarding the previous ID from Classic data not being loaded in the test load. Jennifer loaded those previous IDs this week.

• Paul Gahn has been working with Jeff Staten on the printer installation.

• Norm Curl and Paul continued their dialog about the automated backup script that Memphis wants us to create for them. Norm expects to begin this custom work early the week of March 5.

• Brett Hall was given Paul Gahn’s contact information in anticipation of working with him on Secured Resources.

• Margaret Pelfrey sent a Collection Exchange report to Memphis along with comments about training, testing, and scheduling future calls.

Activities/ Meetings Scheduled for Next Week

• Weekly Call on Tuesday at 2:00 Central time.

• Data review on the production server.

• Continuing work on EPS/Rooms.

Outstanding Issues

• A request has been made to Carol Stennett for the name of a Hyperion site that Memphis can look at.
