Major Activities/ Meetings Completed

• Weekly Call

• Revised schedule was reviewed with Memphis; changes were made and were sent to Memphis.

• Jeannie confirmed that EPS/Rooms 2.2 will be released at the end of March, 2007.

• Jeannie is investigating what the SureStart time allotment will be for Memphis after they go live.

• Belinda Hamm installed the SIP2 interface this week.

• Alex Feng and Alan Stewart are continuing to work through EPS/Rooms questions and issues.

• Patch Cluster 5 will be released when a permanent fix for the Oracle memory leak is found. This is expected to be soon.

Activities/ Meetings Scheduled for Next Week

• Weekly Call on Tuesday at 2:00 Central time.

• Data review on the production server.

• Continuing work on EPS/Rooms.

• Craig Lawrence will do the advanced limits EPS/Rooms specifications work.

• Kristiana Burk, Gena Wilhite, and Tom Gates will visit Memphis on 2/5/07.

• SVA configuration call with Belinda Hamm 2/7/07 at 9:00 am Central.

Outstanding Issues

• Waiting on permanent fix to Oracle memory leak.

• Jeannie is working with Damon on instructions for installing the two IBM receipt printers.
